So I was wondering what are the different types of glider morphs and are they really morphs or are they natural? does anyone know a link I could find with more information?
I don't think Rou is a normal one [black and gray?] he is more of a brownish and gray. Any input anyone? I'm really curious :3

you could prob. do a color search, or google i wouldn't google image though, just try like "color variations" or something and I'm sure you can find a page with all of them.

Also brownish would be a cinnamon i believe but seeing as you just got Rou and he was on a pellet diet (if i remember correctly) then it could just be that his fur is not in the best state...It will be a dingy brownish if they are fed a bad diet sometimes. Just a thought. If it does turn out to be that, with a approved diet you should see significant changes in 2-4 weeks maybe a bit more. Good Luck, also you could post a picture and we can try to help you.

This could be why. He does have some cracks in his fur. I'm working on getting him on Lgrs suggie soup once I get all of the ingredients.
Do grocerie stores have dehydrated fly pupae or would a pet store have them?
Thats the only thing I'm worried about finding.

THANK YOU!!!!!!

I was on another forum and the topic was "those that shall not be named." Anyone that knows me knows I agree with everything the forums say about them but I am also fair & won't lie. I mentioned the "salesman" I spoke to showing me HIS personal glider. Again, I won't lie...HIS glider was beautiful. Plump, soft fur, no cracking and a beautiful brown. I described it & another member hopped right on and posted pics and said, "Hey, I know the ones you're talking about. How come no one breeds them?" Well sure enough the photo he posted was what I had described.

Needless to say, a Mod got on and said, "THEY DON'T BREED THEM BECAUSE THAT IS THE WORST STAINED GREY GLIDER I'VE EVER SEEN!" Then LOCKED the thread!

I'm sorry, it irked me quite badly because the forums are for learning and spreading PROPER information and I feel that just because this idiot works for PP the topic got locked down with IMPROPER info. being the last word!!!

Fact is, there are people who breed what is called a Cinnamon glider and they are in the "brown/red" family of colors and I personally think they are beautiful! So not every "brown" glider is just a stained Standard Grey.

Again, THANK YOU Kelly!

Here is a photo of a true cinnamon glider along with a standard gray. Cinnamons will not have any black or gray on them. All the areas that would be black are deep brown and the color goes all the way to the skin...look where the gray is pulling the fur back on the other glider and you can see that the fur is the same color all the way down.
