So, is clover or catnip toxic if they ate it?

I wouldn't risk it. I know that many say catnip is poisonous but Gypsy had a tiny mouse when we got her and it had a little packet of catnip in it. She had it for over a year. It says minor toxicity but I wouldn't risk it. We were just lucky. Poor mousy wound up in the trash pretty quick when catnip was discovered.

I think some people give their gliders the little white flowers that grow in clover. They love them, I heard.

Catnip is definitely toxic. I sometimes buy cat toys for the babies. I make sure it says that it has no catnip, if it isn't specified, then I dissect the toy.

I've heard catnip is....I don't have cats so mine never come into contact with it.

Clover is not toxic...that's where Clover Honey comes from.
