I got him about a week ago. Not sure what color he actually is. The first day i got him he was a bit lighter. The seller told me he was "Platinum mosaic". He is a bit more cream(more to be yellow) color compare to my another mosaic which seems to be white on his feet, tail, and face.

I'd agree with the platinum mosaic. the yellowing could be fur staining from diet, or other types of outer staining. He is cute though!

@ jerison....if you get your glider on a good diet(nectar replacement diet with f/v each nite) and switch out his pouch regularly ....he should lose the yellow over time. He will clean himslf up.

Oh okay!

Do you happen to know a cheap diet to put him on? I usally just get pellet food and grapes plus apples. I also feed him glider gravy which seems to make him fat. I also put nutrition powder on the fruits when I feed him them.

Ok, so now we are a bit off topic...

@ jerison, the diet you are feeding is going to need tweaking. the glider gravy is HPW complete sold by Pocket pets and is actually the best thing you are feeding him. Feed him the recommended amount and wean him off the pellets. ( I think the serving should be 1 tablespoon).

Offer him 1 table spoon of fresh or frozen fruit and 1 tablespoon of fresh or frozen veggies(No onions, leeks or garlic...they are toxic)he needs more variety than just aplles and grapes and don't sprinkle anything on his food.

If he is on the HPW complete you should not need them.

If you are going to feed him a staple mixture where you just add water like glider gravy I would order it from critterlove.com...she has the best prices and was the creator of that diet.

Look at the diet tab and go thru the ingredients of each to see if any are doable for you. www.gliderkids.com has a great page of diet info to compare recipes too.

please Pm me if you want or need more info ok ?
