| Poll Question: I was thinking about making an order for another batch of plush sugar glider toys. There is a large minimum order requirement and I figure if I can get at least 100 units spoken for, I'll go ahead and make the order.

This post is a poll. If you are interested in a couple, please note that by voting for the amount you want and also post a reply with the same so I know who you are. If we get near or past 100 units, I'll make the order and we'll wait a number of weeks for them to be manufactured...

The first unit will be $15 but any additional on the order will be $10. I'd offer a "donate one to a rescue" option, but I really cant fathom what a stuffed suggie would do for anyone in that situation.

If this is successful, I will use profits from this run to develop a new model for next year to start a collection. Perhaps a female with a stuffable belly pouch and then the following year might be twin joeys to insert into the pouch, then a spread-eagle gliding glider, and on and on...

I am open to ideas reagrding this project, so post away.

I will explain what we do since you didn't understand what a stuffed glider will do for a rescue. Our program is similar to the adopt a child in a third world country programs you see a lot or adopt an animal from the rainforest. When you make an initial adoption, we give you a certificate with the name of a rescue that you are adopting to help. This is a sugar glider that is in a rescue home and due to severe mental or physical distress cannot be rehomed and therefore the rescue facility is paying the full cost (95% of the time an extremely expensive cost) for this rescue glider. Everytime you initially adopt an animal as well as renew th at adoption and give money again the full proceeds every month go towards that rescue. We give money into an account at their vet so the rescue can get neutered or we give them ingredients they need for their diet... we give them toys or cages if need be. That is what is so great about this idea which was originally ours. Error, missing URL.
eTMarie Glider USA 62 PostsAngie, No offense taken. I am not worried about any stepping of toes. What is best for the gliders is of most importance. I don't want to get this off topic too far, but I just wanted to state why what AaS does can help rescues. We are still awaiting your list of rescues if you are still interested in AaS. Now, back on topic.
