Jun 3, 2018 Not Bonding? Posted by: KailahKI have two sugar gliders; One neutered male I've had for about 2 years now, and one not neutered male I got after the other boy's cage mate passed away. My issue right now is that they're not bonding to eachother. They're actually fine with eachother when their cages are side by side (about 3 inches of space in between). They don't get noisy, aggressive or anything. In fact they act super curious and interested in what the other is doing. The two times I attempted a face to face introduction in the clean bathtub everything went well until the younger boy (not neutered) got a bit too clingy on my other boy's back and he crabbed him away after that. The next time I introduced it ended up the same way, except now my eldest will sometimes run up and pull his tail! I got a little scared after seeing that and haven't attempted another introduction. I'm ready to buy another large cage if I absolutely can't get them to love eachother, but I'd like to avoid that if at all possible. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for me? (Ps. They're bonded to me just fine)

May 28, 2018 Picked Up My 3rd Glider Today Posted by: ScoriaI picked up my 3rd glider today. He was on a pelleted diet and a bit worse for wear with balding on his tail from overgrooming and a bit on his face as well. He appears to move fine with no signs of HLP and is a very sweet boy. He's getting neutered in a few weeks. May 27, 2018 Is this normal? Posted by: JosiesglidersSo, i’ve had my sugar gliders, Lucifer and Nathaniel, for almost four months now. I’m a first time sugar glider owner, so i think at first i was a little too scared to handle them a lot since i didn’t want to hurt them. Of course i still put them in their bonding pouch, pet them, and gave them treats when they were awake. But, lately i’ve been handling them a lot more. They don’t get too much out of cage playtime. But, every night i’ll play with them for a while. I’ll stick my hand in the cage and have them jump on my arms and run around my arme. They usually get pretty excited to see me, and when i walk in my toom they try to follow me. Nathaniel used to be pretty shy and timid, but he’s gotten a lot better. My question is, is it normal for them to bite me when they’re on my arm? Sometimes i’ll put treats on my arm and then they’ll climb on my arm to get it. So are they biting because they think it’s a treat or is it something else? May 24, 2018 How many yogurt drops it to much Posted by: volleyballgalMy lily loves yogurt drops but she is so good all the time so i give her like 3 a day like when she is patient when new people are holding her or for a snack or another reward. May 16, 2018 Bad day Posted by: JojodavdavI have 4 sugar gliders. One in specific was bonded to me the most of all 4. Grape. She would fit under my door so I started wedging it shut with towels and draft stops so she would stop. She would come looking for me, fall asleep with me, jump to me, come to her name, She was just like no other. Today she somehow got under the door even with all of the contraptions. She was found dead and had drowned in the sump pit. I am afraid my other gliders will never be as sweet as she was, and that they will get depressed as well. I'm so torn apart. We buried her in my yard. She was only a about 4 months pop. But she was bonded. How much pain was she in... please help me. I'm a wreck. I want her little personality and company back. That was my best friend.lastnight I was having so much fun with her and showing her off to my friends, my prized possession. Am I going to grieve for a while? Is this like the death of a human where I spend my summer depressed? May 13, 2018 Rehousing My Gliders Posted by: ChristinaSI have 2 females that need immediate placement. I recently had my first child and do not have time for my gliders the way I used to. I feel terrible they’re not getting the love and care they deserve but I simply do not have the time. I just want to know they are going to a safe loving home. Please contact me if you’re interested. I live on Long Island and cannot travel far but would be willing to meet within Nassau or Suffolk county. Apr 26, 2018 gizmo Posted by: zmyr88we visited gizmo today, he is stable but still struggleing. he had gotten a bite and was rushed to windcreset in delaware. he did seem peaceful today while napping with his girlfriend that we brought in for a visit. sooo worried about him right now and if only he would eat on his own. i know he will pull through. Apr 24, 2018 Keeping My Gliders Warm Posted by: annamarie98So I’ve had my gliders for a few months now and I’m worried that they’re not warm enough. They shiver quite a bit and my dad tends to keep the house quite cold. I’m just wondering what some good ways to keep them warm are. I’ve got a little space heater that works well enough but doesn’t really reach much of their cage. Any tips and tricks are appreciated!! Apr 22, 2018 Tpg diet? Posted by: volleyballgalSo I have been feeding my glider the tpg diet and I have been doing it in liquid form and not freezing it. Do I need to freeze it for better results, but she eats it just fine. So should I continue to what she knows or what the recipe says. Would it do anything different
