Candi, What exactly are you feeding the mother? Supplimenting babies is a VERY VERY difficult thing to do even for a breeder of many years. I commend you for trying, but the thing you need to concentrate on, is the milk mom should be producing. If mom isn't produceing milk, then you need to find out why, she is feeding them so that in itself is a good sign. As far as being cold to the touch that worries me as well, where is your cage located? Where do you have their pouch? Do they all share the same pouch? I know you desperately want to try to help these little ones. What changes have you made while she was carrying? Was there a change in diet? You are trying everything you can think of to aid these little ones, I just want to see if there was anything else that could be a contributing factor. Good luck..
