I'm flipping out with anticipation. I've been patiently watching my little princess grow her "joey-tumor" since the beginning of May, wondering everyday "how much longer must I wait?" --

Yesterday morning I saw the pouch open a bit (and I wept with joy) -- then last night we saw a leg sticking out (and I laughed hysterically) -- this morning I saw a tail sticking out (and now I'm on the edge of my seat with anticipation).

My questions for those experienced in this miricle are:

1. At this stage, how much longer do you think before the joey body (no head) will emerge.

2. After it emerges, how long will it keep its head in her pouch nursing.

3. How long before I can handle it -- and how much is safe

4. How long should it nurse before it will try to eat

5. Any advise about saftey and nutrition would be VERY VERY welcomed and appreciated -- I am sooooo nervous
