MEALWORMS:
Moisture - 61.9%
Protein - 54.6%
Fat - 31.4%
Calcium - .07%
Phosphorus - .71%
Energy - 5.35%

SILKWORMS:
Moisture - 76.3%
Protein - 64.7%
Fat - 20.83%
Calcium - .21%
Phosphorus - .54%
Energy - 5.74%

sources:Frye and Calvert (1989)Woodson Tenent Laboratories
Chemical Composition of the mealworm Roots (1978)

According to these compositions, silkworms are lower in phosphorous and fat, higher in calcium and protein. So they are better for gliders than mealworms.
Crickets still measure up as the best for gliders (best in the easily obtainable insects).
Anyone have any comments, special research that says anything otherwise? This info came from glidercentral, by Raechel.
