I cant really help about be abandoned because my babies never were.
but maybe the first joey came oop early and it can take
days for the second. Tey may not be the same age. Where is
the father? does he help out with them? Sometimes she
needs time away and will leave them alone. the other day
my female left one baby in the nest and the other went
about the cage with her. Sometimes they both go and
sometimes neither go. I would watch them
closely to see if she nurses it before taking it from her.
