Okay, I really hope that everyone gets a chance to read it because I feel this is important and hopefully others agree. I started frequenting this board a year and a half ago and as some remember there were problems then since there was no moderation. Even so, this was a wonderful site for sharing knowledge, questions and stories. One of the things that made this site so good was that there were many veteran glider owners who were wonderful teachers and friends. I will be 100% honest when I say that I am angry that that resource is no longer there. So many knowledgable caring people have been run offof this site thanks to repeated personal attacks on their integrity, intelligence and love for these animals. Despite that it is unreasonable for people of any age group, race, sex or otherwise to act as vicously as some of us have, the worst part is that we, who claim to really care for the well being of these animals, are ensuring that new owners will not have a caring, knowledgible rescource to save their gliders lives as this board has saved the lives of my 3 fuzzies. I am furious that people are so unwilling to listen with an open mind, give up these foolish pride/power struggles that they are single handedly going to cause animals to die because they were too stubborn to listen and learn and then the information that was needed to make a difference in the lives of these animals was lost. I wonder how proud and powerful they will feel with blood ontheir hands. I pray that everyone here can think about this and try to debate without attack, learn from eachother and refocus on what is important
