I think, you are on the right way. She obviously trusts you far enough to sleep in your hand - that´s already very much. Maybe just let her have her time - could be it gets better every day. One question: Do you "pick her up" or "let her climb your hand". That are two different things, mine just HATE it to be held, but come to me freely if I hold my hand out. Maybe Try to "lure" her onto your arm with a mealie or some other treat and let her eat it on you. That´s what I did and it worked great.
