Just go to rat.com and search. My rat, Nixon, was a "feeder" rat, which means I went to my local pet store and asked to see their "feeder" rats - not the "fancy" rats.
It means exactly what it sounds like, she was destined to be a meal. She was about 8 weeks old and I paid $1.99 for her. She bonded immediately (wouldn't you under the same conditions) and is absolutely the sweetest, most loving pet I have had for some time. She goes with me just like SG and is extremely easy to care for.
Good luck. By the way, feeder rats don't just come in white with red eyes. Nixon is black/white with dark eyes.
