Yes you can be commited but what is going to happen in the next fir=fteen years of your life? You want to go to college you want to start meeting new friends, what will your parents life dictate? I am 30 I am buying my own place have the ability to choose where I live and I know my husband loves my gliders as much as I do. It is sooo much easier for me. Would you give up college for Roo? just what is reasonable. You have a lot to think about but perhaps when we start advising young people to think seriously you will actually support us and give your own problems as an example. We only love gliders and most of us who speak like this have had to rescue gliders from unprepared owners and it breaks our hearts. Remember this in an environment wherew everyone tells people not to get older gliders and only get babies. I recently adopted out one year olds despite the adopters initail reservations and all the owners are amazed not to have the problems that most people are having with babies.

im 14 and im getting a glider soon! And im sure that i will be a GOOD mommy even though i have to go to school!!
it really pisses me off when people like you say that they would never trust a teen!!!!!!!
