Jim, you really remove the babies as soon as their eyes open. sorry but i feel that is unwise and cruel. while the baby is feeding it gains antibodies and all sorts that no commercial product can replicate. You do not need to do this to get friendly gliders. personally i would advise people NOT to get gliders from you and certainly not to adopt this method of raising glider babies
