I am responding to your comment that your glider is unable to climb. that is cruel. If your glider can climb then you overstated what you are doing and hence are responsible for comments made in repsonse to your overstatement. however if you are stopping an arboral animal climbing that is CRUEL and who is to say a different home would not be equally as educated as you are. This is one reason that when I am looking for homes for my babies i make people play with the gliders and then see how thie skin reacts so they have all the info they need. Dont get overemotional on us but a glider deserves to have the ability to climb, do you stop this or dont you?
: Jane, you have a lot of nerve. If I didn't clip Roo's nails, I would have had to give her away. I had a severe allergic reaction to the acids in her nails. And my arms were not just scratched, they were red and inflamed and now they are scarred. So, I hope ure happy. And 2nd of all, clipping nails does not alter her mobility. She still has nails, I did not pull them out or anything! I just clip the tip where it os razor sharp. And it grows in a week anyway. So, please, next time, mind your own business, and you should be glad that Roo has a great home, cuz if I didnt start clipping her nails, she would probably have gone to a home who doesnt know about gliders and would have been deprived. Please think next time, and try not to make it sound like you are telling some one off for being a bad owner or being cruel, cuz I wasnt.
