Oh no Rita! I missed this new news about Harry and the flu. I hope Rosie and the other babies don't get it. That is scary. I hope Harry is all better soon. Will be thinking of you all and praying. HUGS

I finally got to speak to Jim today regarding Harry. Harry is a very sick little baby - he has all the symptoms of the flu - just like we do when we get it.

Today, he is no worse - but he is also no better. He is holding his own. Jim and Jess were with him all day today as he is in isolation. We are all hoping his symptoms will run its course and he will be well in a few days. This is very serious illness for such a little guy,

So far, Rosie is showing no signs of being sick - but she did pull her feeding tube out today.

Now - back to my pity party...

Bless his lil heart! That is just horrible for such a wee one. I know they must just feel so helpless. I know I would. Give them my best and let them know we are all praying for Harry and Rosie as well.

Get some rest Rita. Sounds like you are just mentally and physically exhausted.

Harry is about the same as yesterday - no better but no worse. Still a very sick little boy.

But we got some very good news on Rosie. The little stinker pulled her feeding tube out yesterday morning and they didnt put it back on her. She has been drinking from a bottle like a little trooper.. IF she doesnt get the flu - she may get to go home as soon as next Tuesday!

That's awesome news about Rosie ill pray she doesn't get the flu and that Harry gets better.

Great news about Rosie, I hope Harry gets better soon so he can go home too!

Harry is starting to feel better. He took a little bit of a bottle yesterday. And he is getting his color back. They still have him on oxygen and in the incubator for now. But he is starting to feel better!!!

Rosie, on the other hand, is scheduled to go home on Monday if she doesnt get sick over the week-end!!!

Rita I have not been in here in a long long time..having issues..but was wondering about your babies so peeked in today.....I hope they are doing well...they are so so beautiful...

I was so sorry to read about Allan..I hope he is doing better....This has been a couple of rough months for you and the family..but someone is watching over all of you....I am impressed that Allan had lost all that weight....I am also diabetic so I know what he is going through....I will bet his doctor can decrease his meds....tell him to keep up the good work...he can get to the point of getting off ALL meds!!!!!

Anyway you are in my prayers....I hope your son & wife are ok....things HAVE to get easier.....

Thank you! It's one less thing to worry about now!!!

The only thing that's breaking my heart is I have to be here with Alan and cant get away to see my little grandbabies. My parents went to Indiana this week-end so maybe when they get back my Mom can come over and spend some time with Alan and I can go to the hospital and hold Harry!!! Rosie should already be home by that time!

OMG!!!! Jim just called me with the best news!!!!

Rosie went home today and is now sleeping soundly in her bed.

AND if all goes well tonight, Harry will go home tomorrow!!!!
