hello-ive had dexter for a little over a week and he seems to be fine. he lets me take him with me everywhere and hes a really good eater. i have one question though. here it is. the past couple nights when ive let hin out to run around, ive fallen asleep with him out. my room is glider proofed and theres no way he can get out. throughout the night ill wake up but hes having so much fun i just let him stay out. besides the occassional knocking things off my dresser, he really is very good. in the morning hes either back in his cage in his pouch or he is curled up in whatever shirt i happened to wear that day (i just throw my clothes on the floor till i wash them the next day)--when i wake up during the night he is almost always on my curtains, or he wakes me up by jumping on me or biting my toes. i guess my question is, is there any raeson why i shouldnt do this. when i finally put him back in his cage he barks all night. could there be a reason that this is bad to do? and yes, im sure that there is nothing that he can get into or get hurt form. thanks
