Subject: got a new sugar glider and am in the bonding process - now I need some answers

I just got a sugar glider almost 2 weeks ago. I started by putting my hand into the cage to make him used to my scent. He is progressing, but it seems slowly - which is not a problem. I havent' picked him up yet, but I can pet him when he is asleep. Another thing when he plays during the night I usually put my hand in and it seems like he doesn't mind at all. He jumps up to the lid of the cage and when he jumps back down he very often lands in my palm. Sometimes he stays for just a tiny bit sometimes he jumps right off. He takes grapes and other fruits from my hand.

So now my questions:
He is usually up after midnight. Is that going to change at all ???
It is about time to clean his cage properly (with diluted clorox). Therefore he has to be out of the cage to do so. How am I going to do that ?? I haven't even picked him up yet.
When I have my hand in the cage he often makes sneezing sounds - what does it mean.
How would you comment the whole situation - do you think that I am having a tame sugar glider soon ???
Can you take a sugar glider on an airplane (trans atlantic) - what about the airline and custom of USA and the European Union ???

I hope to hear from you very soon.
Thanks in advance.

PS: I hope you don't mind so many questions.
