Combine chopped apples, sliced celery and finely chopped walnuts (measurement given is 1 tablespoon). Spread sesame seeds on a small plate, cover with a paper towel and microwave 5 seconds to lightly toast them, then stir into yogurt; add to other ingredients and toss. Total Ca:P = 1.23:1.
