I want to neuter the male as soon as the joeys are in the pouch. I have a relly good vet here - expensive but he knows sugargliders and I don't need to worry about anything. Is there going to be a change in the sugarglider himself (beside getting calmer) ?? I don't want them to be affected by the fact that they can't reproduce anymore (I am not sure if they have that kind of consciousness or not). I just want a small family without having to buy a whole lot - plus it is a procedure making them used to each other. If there is a couple would they even accept any new sugargliders ??? Is the introduction of the female going to be a big problem (he is 9 months old now)???
How come that after he is neuter the bold spot isn't prominatnt ??? How come that hormones affect the appearance - or not - of a bold spot ?? That is quite amazing to me.

Thanks for taking your time. I appreciate how much you do for all sugarglider owners and think that is amazing - same with betsycc !!!
I admire the amount of time you spend with your sugargliders and with the people on this site !!!
